This prototype shows the lightweight version — stock is deducted automatically as each order is fulfilled, starting from a stocktake or supplier delivery count. For full accuracy against shrinkage, spillage, or counter sales the platform doesn't see, the production build syncs directly with your POS or supplier ordering system, so levels reflect what's actually been used, not just what's gone out through this platform.
